E) Cookies The use of cookies is permitted as long as they only track movements within your site. We understand that the use of cookies is imperative to the success of any website, but require that any cookie planted should expire in less than 30 days. Cookies can be used when they are absolutely necessary to provide an Internet Service requested by the client. Also Cookies from affiliate links are harmless, but it is your job to ensure that when you send a user to an external site that they have the same interest as you and do not implant any form of spyware.

Users should be informed that they have the right to request the viewing of any information held by you and also have the right to have any such information destroyed. You may also include that you have signed up to the stringent rules governing the privacy policy.
