Make any user aware that when an online booking occurs that they are agreeing to your booking conditions. Keep yourself right by asking customers to check the box in a form before they proceed to the payment section.

B) Booking Process

Keep your users informed at all times during the booking process and assure them that they are entering into an agreement to buy. Offer them a chance to opt out of the purchase once the buy button has been pressed. This is best done by after the form is submitted for processing lay out what exactly they are about to purchase and letting them click a confirm button.

C) Acknowledgment of Orders

An email should be dispatched to acknowledge the order immediately. There should be an order number and a contact telephone number (which should be manned) in this email.
